This new 45 ft catamaran replaces the famous Lagoon 440 but the legendary qualities of the latter have been retained as a starting point: a steering station on the fly bridge accessible from both sides of the cockpit, a forward cockpit, excellent performance under sail... andincomparable comfort in the salon and the cabins. Charter Conditions
- * Embarkation time is saturday 17:00. * Boat must come back at the marina on friday 17:00, and can stay overnight on the boat till 08:30.
* Deposit; payable on spot in cash or by credit card (Visa/Master). * if you rent with our Captain will be responsible from our yacht.
* Captain may change routes depending weather conditions. * Client will make all check/in procedures ,
technical briefing with boat owner employees together. Client will receive (accept) the boat after the briefing by signing the emberkation formulars.
* Client is obliged to renew or pay the price for broken and lost parts of the boat inventory
*Client is obliged to bring the boat back as he accept it. (full diesel tank, full outboard fuel and full equipped)
* The yacht should be returned to the base the day before the end of the charter period latest 17:00 hours.
Security deposit will not be returned for late arrivals. * The client accept all this conditions by signing the check/in form.
* Payments: 50% deposit at the time of booking. Final %50 payment must be paid 8 weeks earlier to embarkation date.
